We love our products and we love providing the means for you to get away from the harmful additives prevalent in so many of todays products. Our promise, therefore, is simple. Try us. Should you be, in any way, unhappy with the product - you are welcome to return them for a full refund of their retail price, as well as the initial shipping charge, up to 30 days after your purchase date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to Carina Organics and the products must be considered lightly used to be eligible for a refund (at least 1/2 of the product remaining).

If you do not have a copy of your invoice available, please include a note with your name, shipping address and order number (or a printout of this email!). Also, prior to shipment, please tape lids down to prevent leaks (leaks may result in the items not making their way back to us). Please note this applies only to orders placed online directly through the our website. In the event you purchased your products from a 3rd party retailer, you may return them at that location.
